It looks to me like he's pressing down on the end of the case with his foot to lever it up into the truck.

If I was the owner of the piano, I think I'd be contemplating violence....

He's not even using a grand dolly to move it. That's a vertical piano dolly.

You lot had me worried, I've checked the side of it and luckily it seems to be OK. That's all I'd need after a couple of years, finding out they didn't handle it properly!
