And for post #1000, here's me - from the piano technician's convention in Chicago a few years back. I was providing the "temperament of the day" piano in the front foyer. I'd show up early in the morning to tune - leaving a chart on the piano describing the tuning. It would have been nice to have a better piano, but that's what was available.
