I'd speculate it flipped over when the house collapsed. Note to Ron: So much for my wild idea. The plate's warped and broken in a couple of places. Based on what happened to it, along with other iron and steel items, we're guessing the fire inside the house must have gotten to at least 1,500∘F. | |||
