I know where that picture came from - my wife and I thought fairly seriously about buying that piano for our second home. Very cool....

 Yes, this is an actual working Rhodes! A rebuilt sales demo of a Mark II - late 70's vintage. According to the website where I found this picture, it apparently was used in stores to let customers get the feel of how a Rhodes electric piano played.
