Thanks, piqué. You always wonder if you've done the right things. Quirt is really amazing at managing the animals' care, so I feel like they're getting what they need and deserve, but then something like this happens.

Lexie certainly enjoyed thirteen years of princesshood. You could tell that she enjoyed it. Smiler

I hadn't looked into this thread for awhile, but grew curious as to why it was growing. I was taken aback by the sad turn that what had started out as something of a lark had taken.

I'm sorry to hear of so many pets expiring recently and, as a pet owner myself, know how important these family members become to us. My sympathy to all.
