Strike 1: Its a continental. Strike 2: It has a one piece fall board Strike 3: Its not woodgrain (I like white grands, but not white (or black) uprights).

I've never watched someone tune with the lever in this position. Check out the protective bumpers on the side of the piano.

And he's using the good ol' Strobe-O-Tuner, to boot. The D that was sitting in the middle of the foyer at Steinway Hall last June had those skids on it as well. Pretty convenient that that is on what is normally the upstage side of the piano, eh? | |||

FWIW, Quirt and I bought our pianos from Dave Sanderson (the son of the inventor of the Acutuner).
