Search under giraffe pianos - kind of a grand piano turned up on its side. I think what you see in the picture are cut-outs for the sound to get out. If you go back to the first couple of pages of this thread, you'll find pictures of some heavier and bigger examples. Have you seen these roll-up keyboards advertised?
