| One good tip for vegetables - a sprinkling of blue cheese or parmesan adds a lot of flavors to vegetables with very little fat or calories. Also with nuts. A little bacon does the same. The key is a little - enough to flavor them, but not make them unhealthy. Steamed green beans with walnuts and blue cheese - yum.
