Daughter is Kim, son in law is Jeff. Grandson is Jack.

Earlier today Jeff developed a major headache and started vomiting. Kim took him to a local clinic where they tested for Covid (negative). They did a cat scan and didn’t like the look of it. They’ve airlifted him to the Cleveland Clinic downtown. We’re looking after Jack at our house tonight, along with their dog. Right now I don’t know any more than that. Jeff’s brother is staying with Kim at the hospital.

I don’t mind telling you that we’re very concerned. It’s not fair to bring you all in to this but I need to tell someone.

I’ll let you know what they find in the morning.

So sorry to hear this. If it's something surgical, there are so many good techniques available that didn't exist a few decades ago.

As far as I'm concerned, that's what friends are for, and we're long-time friends. I can't describe how much it meant to me to confide in you all about my pending blindness. (Can't really bear to write it like that).
