I can't do it if I've got the whole map in front of me, much less just an outline of the country.

Did you try the Difficulty Modifiers, P*D?

No. I'll take a look.

I just saw the first map, chuckled, and wrote in the correct answer. You give me the shape of an entire nation and I'm likely to get it 95+ percent of the time. The only problem is that sometimes you need some perspective to notice whether a country is small or large, and they don't give you that perspective. Most countries have pretty recognizable shapes, however.

Today was two.

I owe it to the distance and direction hint, and elimination. I didn’t know the shape of this country, but I could rule out all the others in the continent except those three up in that corner.
