We got some daikon radishes from our CSA. A lot of them.

Oddly, though I love globe radishes and am familiar with the concept of the daikon type, I've never purchased and prepared daikon.

Do I peel them? Besides using them in a cuke and radish marinated salad, anyone got recipes?

Help!

Yes, peel...
Mr. SK puts them in stews and things... Umm, but I have no idea what to you beyond that because I only eat them, never have participated in preparing them.. Leaving

Want me to ask?

I can look up some recipes. I thought you might know off the top of your head.

I peel them and do them in a quick pickle with onions. I’ve seen versions that add carrots.

Delicious!

I use them in stir fries, sliced about 1/8 inch thick.

EDIT: Good in soups too.
