| Young Jackson Wilcox does not appear to be in a big hurry to be born. My current guess is Friday. Meanwhile, I’m meeting a foundation guy tomorrow at 1. With any luck I can get an air conditioning guy over there as well. There isn’t anything else available right now in the areas and price range we’re looking for. This one is worth pursuing.

Only problem is a fairly big deal. One corner is sinking for some reason; enough that the window in the dining area is racked and no longer closes correctly. If we decide to offer on it the offer will have to include the seller fixing that and a warranty on the work. The owner is a corporation and may not go for it, even though they have been aggressively dropping the price in an effort to sell before winter.

| Doc says baby for sure tomorrow.  Meantime, whenever I tell someone I am from CA (only if they ask) I am immediately treated to a passionate diatribe outlining everything that’s wrong with CA. It’s become quite comical. Where do they get this stuff? Last night I headed a guy off by suggesting we join forces and rag on Chicago. It was fun.
