Just an idle question ... was he arrested, or just charged?

One story I read suggested that he was just visiting, and therefore I wonder whether he was in the jurisdiction for purposes of being arrested.

Which, of course, has exactly nothing to do with the underlying crime, I'm just curious, because of the title of the thread.

Indeed. I hope the traffickers and slave keepers all get severe jail times. That said, this story may not get the attention it gets now if it weren't for high-profile johns like Robert Kraft getting caught in the investigation.
