And, of course, Individual 1, who knows more about fighting fires than anyone alive (just as the folks in California), said they should airdrop water from tankers. 'Cuz I'm sure they have several just sitting around and can swoop down over the Seine to fill them up and aim the dump precisely over a target the size of a medieval cathedral. What an idiot.

Read on CNN that they thought of and declined the air drop water approach because they were concerned about the safety to people/buildings nearby and concerned that the weight of a big water drop would damage the cathedral itself. Take that, Individual 1, you idiot. | |||
