I think it's a harmonium. I can't find the flickr page. Should have attributed it.

Piano conference, anybody?

Found this on a UK ebay site. It's essentially 6 seventies vintage Wurlitzer electric pianos put together in one package by a company called Musictronic, originally intended as a teaching tool.

Lets lug this one to the next piano party!
