It seems fine to me, especially since people will be there who don't know each other at all, even through the internet. I assume they will be simple write-on tags so we can prepare our own when we arrive. If that assumption is not correct, let us know and we can PM you with real names for those who use pseudonyms here or who have others attending with them.

Name tags should have both, in equally large font - username and "real" name.
Meeting "Jim" isnt all that helpful, if you have no idea who "Jim" is.

That's a good suggestion, piqaboo, even though we won't be meeting Jim. Neener

I wouldn't think it's all that necessary with the number of people we have.

Matt is here. We've been having a mini piano party already. We really need to hit the hay but alas it's 11:30 and now we're reharmonizing hymms.

We extended an amen to almost 6 measures!!!

Does anyone know if SEPTA has a good trolley route that tours the city on the rails? Just wondering. I love the vintage trams. I can't find anything on google except the one with tires, which would be fine, but I have to see the trams.

Well,

A few last minute things - I got talked into buying some wine for Saturday afternoon in addition to the other refreshments. (You know who you are) Blah Blah Blah

Also, if you have a GPS - IGNORE IT! Follow the directions on our website:

Directions to Cunningham Piano

Lastly, I am using nametags. Because I have three recognized artists coming (including Joe Kubera) I have to capitalize on this by allowing a select small group of potential customers to join us for awhile. I will have two simlar, but different nametags at the door. When you arrive please identify yourself as a WTF member. The tag you will get is the same as all the other WTF'ers.

Oh, and we spoke to the owner of Le Bus and he assures us that he is totally ready and has had some raw meat sitting out on his windowsill for the last two weeks. Yum! ThumbsUp

I can't wait to see you all tomorrow. If you need, call my cell. 215 651-6713 or the store 800 394-1117.

Thanks, Rich, for all you are doing! I'm really looking forward to meeting everyone.

I know you won't believe it but I'm not really prepared to play something concert-ready. I'll noodle. Or "taste" the pianos.

Anyway, I get in Sat. late morning and should be at Cunningham by 2. I'll depart around 3 on Sunday.

Joe,

You forget - I have heard you play several times now. I think it is safe to say that your "noodling" blows away many peoples "concert-ready performance". Smiler

Sure wish I could be there. Any hope I had was dashed when my back threw itself out on Tuesday. Waaa!

Rich could you please have an extra name tag for my high-school sweetheart. We haven't seen each other since we graduated high school two years ago a while back.

We made it here in 13 hours. Everyone shared the driving and none of us were terribly worn out.

More tomorrow. We are getting ready to hit the hay.

Matt G. should definitely get the long-distance ribbon. He hails from the Joliet area of Illinois and took two trains to get to my house on Thursday evening.

Say hello to Indrek for me please. His playing of Rhapsody in Blue in CT inspired me to learn it. Took 3 months!!! He is very talented. He might know me as Roberta.
