NinaI gave that cookbook to my son at the same time I gave him his IP. I'm not sure if he's made the butter chicken, though. I just sent him this story.

AdagioMI liked it better when I didn’t know how much butter was in it! But it sounds delicious.
These words got me all excited, though: ginger-and-turmeric-tinged quinoa topped with sautéed shrimp

dolmansaxlilHubby made the Chicken Tikka Masala recipe today. So delicious! He used her recipe to make garam masala from whole spices as well. We will definitely try more of the recipes in the book!

wtgWe continue to use Urvashi's excellent book. That Chicken Tikka Masala recipe was one of the first I made and we go back to it all the time.
Tried some recipes from this lady's blog, with very good results (we have another thread about it floating around here, but I thought I'd re-post the link to Minstry of Curry):
https://ministryofcurry.com/to...instant-pot-recipes/Based on what's on the blog, seems like her cookbook would be another excellent addition to an IP cookbook library.
