Wonder why Meadows is exempt from executive privilege....

President Donald Trump’s blood oxygen level sank to a precariously low level after he announced that he had tested positive for the coronavirus last year, according to a new book by Mark Meadows, his former chief of staff.

The new details contradict Trump’s denials this year that his COVID bout was more dire than White House medical officials had acknowledged at the time.

Don't imagine Meadows will be joining Nunes, et al in the new company.....he might not even get a Christmas card from tfg....

I thought I'd heard that every doctor who had anything to do with I-1's treatment was forced to sign an NDA. I would have expected Meadows would have, too.

And now, Meadows has changed his mind about testifying before the Select Committee on January 6, 2021.

During Brett Kavanaugh’s controversial 2018 Supreme Court confirmation hearings, President Donald Trump “strongly considered” dropping the nominee and instead going with a “stronger candidate,” according to a new book by Trump’s former chief of staff Mark Meadows.

It wasn’t because of accusations that Kavanaugh had sexually assaulted Christine Blasey Ford while in high school, but because he’d professed that he “liked beer” during his hearings and was, in Trump’s estimation, being too apologetic.

Meadows writes that Trump, a teetotaler who was “extremely put off” by Kavanaugh’s professed affection for suds, proposed the idea of dropping Kavanaugh during a flight on Air Force One while Meadows was still a sitting congressman. Meadows advised against it for fear the “blowback would be severe.”

He had no choice.
God made him do it.

I know nothing about the source. Has a tabloid look.
Nothing about the Trump cult surprises me anymore.
