We can easily imagine other ways in which your statement would apply. Other ways that, just possibly, might be in the news right now.

Quirt, my first reaction to your post was HairRaising OMG good point!

But my second reaction was: "violate the US constitution" and "build a wall" are not equivalent concerns....
