New York now prohibits selling whipped cream canisters to persons under 21 years of age. Grocery stores are now required to check ID of customers wishing to purchase canisters of whipped crest much like they would for customers wishing to purchase alcohol or tobacco products.

Amateurs. There's only one hit in one of those cans once you get all the whipped cream out. If you want to do whip-its you buy a restaurant style container. Then you don't have to bother with the cream.

Or so I am told.

NYS has become one of the most corrupt, mean-spirited states, across all areas of governance.

I've watched its decline for fifty years.

But I'll sleep better at night knowing only 21 year olds can do whip-its. Roll Eyes
