So a guy gets hauled in to court for shooting a condor. The judge is dumbfounded - why would anyone shoot a condor?

“My family was hungry and we ate it.”

“Good grief! You ate a condor?

“Yes, your honor.”

“We’ll we can’t have that and I’m going to throw the book at you, but I have to ask - how did it taste?”

“It tastes a lot like spotted owl, your honor”

It is really nice to see animals reintroduced, here in the UK for example the Sea Eagle and Great Bustard.
