Just Google "are landlords immoral" or similar and you will get an eye full. Entitled brats are who you will be renting to, it looks like. I enjoyed providing a home to young families, but it turns out you can make more money with less aggravation and risk by putting your money in a mutual fund.

I thought I would have to pay ridiculous capital gains taxes if I sold. Turned out the costs of owning wiped out taxable gains. Seriously now starting to think it is more economical to rent.
