This galls me. It has nothing to do with "the patriarchy." These are just con artists, sociopathic criminals. Yet they have the last word in the piece to spew inane propagandistic nonsense. I don't think most people realize this, but a prosecution doesn't have to prove motive even in a murder case. It's certainly not required to explain a simple con job.
