Orange wine
Just getting interested in this. Apparently it can vary from rather strange to very good. I advise trying it at a restaurant with a knowledgeable sommelier. That's what we did, and he poured us a nice one.

Agreed! But my go-to is still bubbles, and I haven’t seen orange bubbles yet.

I've certainly added oranges to wine, on the way to sangria. I've never heard of orange wine, but I'm game to give it a shot. I like oranges. I like wine. What do I have to lose?

I had to look it up. Not made with oranges, just orange in color.

I heard it was white wine fermented on the skins. But perhaps using naturally occurring yeasts, yielding unusual flavors. Not sure, still learning.

The one we tried did have some mild bubbles.
