Have been told my problem cannot be fixed with an Epley maneuver. It helped today.
The video helped a lot. It is much better than others I have tried.
It also goes into details that are good to know.

The Epley maneuver is magic! I've used it a few times and each time it has been a pretty instant fix that lasted for months.

I've also been told to try these Cawthorne exercises, but they seem more complicated and were pretty much impossible when the vertigo was bad.
