Me too. I am a hotel bill nazi. If there is anything on there Other than taxes that I did not agree to they are gone.

Marriott is not the only one charging “resort fee.” There are towns in which every hotel charges “resort fees” without proper upfront disclosure. I hope this lawsuit ends that practice for all hotels.

I don’t care about resort fees as much as I care about factoring them in the room rates quoted on line.

The crummiest hotels seem to have the highest fees.
