The scientific literature indicates that there is little/no correlation between vitamin deficiencies and food cravings. That hasn’t been my experience. What do you think?

I beg to differ as well. I’d offer thirst as an example. Nothing tastes better that ice cold water when your body needs it.

My personal experience differs from this as well. When I am in the early stages of a migraine I crave salt intensely. Eventually I figured out that when I had a migraine Gatorade or similar would help the symptoms. I assume it’s the electrolytes I’m needing.
