It’s a spicy cilantro-based sauce sort of like pesto but way better. I may be addicted to it, especially scooped up with something salty like tortilla chips. Yummy

I see there are recipes on line. Maybe I’ll make some.

The thing I found about the spice is that it's pretty strong but doesn't linger. OTOH I like spicy things so YMMV.
