I wondered why this one is priced as it is. Some bits of MCM still left, some bold color choices, and one feature that explains the low price (see photo 20)....

Um, yeah... no.

BTW I wonder if they'll have an even harder time with that in light of all the attention to pool maintenance stirred up by the FL condo collapse...

Nice house - not a fan of the suspended ceiling in the kitchen but overall a nice house.

The indoor pool looks like a lot of work. I wonder if you could make it in to an outdoor pool?

That whole structure around the pool is an addition; I wonder if it was originally an outdoor pool and someone decided to enclose it. You can see the back stairs coming from the house into the pool area, and the ones going down to the basement. And the exterior brick of the original house.

An inground pool of any type around here reduces the value of a home by $20K or more; a lot of people won't even bother to go look at a house that has one. You can only use it for a few months of the year and it's a lot of maintenance. Heating it to extend the season is absurdly expensive.

I have found the same to be true in Ohio.

Shutting down the pool in fall and starting it back up in the spring is remarkably expensive.
