Namely...Shiitake Mushroom Caps, turned into a crispy snack food. From Costco.

They are very strange. Too bulky to work as a crispy snack (whole mushroom caps). They are oddly seasoned.

And it's a just plain weird idea.

(not critiquing regular dried mushrooms used in cooking...those are fine)
