I tried the Bel Gioso Crescenza-Stracchino; Costco had it a few months back. We thought it was OK, but probably wouldn't buy it again. It didn't seem to be a great seller, as there was a ton of it left when they marked it way down.

I'd love to try a bunch of the ones listed..

I've only had a handful of the winners, but I'd love to taste them all. Cheese is top of my list for a favorite food to enjoy. The Harbison from Jasper Hill is one of the finest soft cheeses I've ever eaten. I got one in an assortment of Vermont cheeses sold as a relief effort after the flooding there last year.

I always buy the Kickaas Applewood Smoked Habanero Jack. It’s a spicy cheese but not so overwhelmingly hot that it sets your mouth on fire. It’s $16.00/lb.

It’s sold by the Cheese People, a specialty cheese maker. They’re at the weekly Evanston, IL farmers market during the warmer months and at an indoor market at a church during the winter.
