I read it but at this point I don't really remember much about it....
I think the reason I don't remember it much is because it wasn't earth-shattering for me. Growing up, I had a great relationship with my mother and we talked openly about all kinds of things, including religion, sex, menstruating (which are the big ones in the book). I think she's actually the one who gave me the book. I'll ask her if she remembers that.
In any case, the reason I say that is because I have the impression that the book is more important (and continues to be important) for girls who are less comfortable talking with their parents, or girls whose parents are less comfortable talking with them, about these kinds of issues.
