I'm old enough to remember the Carol Burnett show. Seeing the obit, I looked up the dentist bit online. Pretty funny stuff! He was a skillful comedian!

I loved The Carol Burnett Show; how can one forget "Went With The Wind"? The title itself is hilarious! I loved a lot of Tim Conway's characters but I could never warm up to the way he often drew too much attention to himself. I have never been keen on comedians laughing at themselves on stage--within in reason, of course, but a little goes a long way. It's for that reason I gave up on SNL. I find it boring.
