BevMo has a deal where if you buy a handle of Jack Daniels they will sell you a bag of Jack Daniels bourbon charcoal for one cent. I took the bait and now have a full bag of Jack Daniels bourbon charcoal.

What should I cook with it?

I don't know if it would be good, but Jack Daniels bourbon and some sort of smoked pork seem to go together in my brain, at least culturally.

Grill some bourbon, of course.

I’d be looking for some good chicken parts. Skin on.

Hmmm. I have three pounds of old school chicken thighs in the freezer (bone in skin on) that I was going to use in the IP. Maybe I’ll grill them over Jack charcoal instead.
