Paint over the Kelvinator White walls (the mark of a lazy designer), take out the mural in the dining room, hang some art and I’d move right in!

That’s an awful lot of yellow flooring - maybe area rugs would help. Or just carpet over it.

The doors are awesome! ThumbsUp

This is what I wish the millwork looked like in my house, about the same vintage...All was either removed or painted over. Frowner

It is beautiful, there is a whole garden, field out behind it...

And 2 apartments in the back!

Another house in my neighborhood is for sale and now under contract: 509 Warrendale Road

This house was built a few years after we moved to this area. I don't think there is anything extraordinary about the house, but the almost 7 acres of property and the horse stable make it more interesting. Aside from fronting on a major local road, the other boundaries are farm land given over to truck gardening and secured by an agricultural easement. The principle township park is across the road.

ROTFLMAO If there isn't, there should be!

I was thinking to myself "I could not be in this house on a migraine day.... or rather, if I lived in this house, every day would be a migraine day!" Yikes!

The thing I noticed about the Victorian was the overwhelming sense of relief that came Over me when I got to the picture of the plain gray bedroom with only two chairs in it.
