What if the eligibility age for Medicare was lowered every year?

And the income threshold at which you stop paying into it gets raised a few thou every year.

Bill Gates and Jeff Bezos pay Medicare tax on just the first $200k of their wages... if they get "wages" at all.

I thought there was no limit on the Medicare tax, as opposed to the ss tax for which there is a limit

Nope. Don’t change anything else. Just change eligibility and let the market adjust. Monitor what happens and do it agin in 2023.
