But:

It seems to me the "system" mentioned could only be white supremacy. However, this would ignore the fact that Africans in the Americas have their own history.

This is JUST the kind of thing that most POs me. As if it hadn't been hard enough all these years to be a liberal and a Jew loyal to Israel (as a - yes - Zionist in the original meaning of the word)!

I'm 1/2 Jewish by blood and my stepfather's family is Jewish. I'm half Semetic, if you will. There are a lot of Jews in upstate NY. I discovered in middle school that it was so contravercial to talk about Isreal that I personally stopped doing it. That was a long time ago.

Anyway, did you get a chance to answer my question in the other thread? Who are the Sephardic Jews?

Clearly, you weren't brought up in an environment in which ones Jewish origins were no more possible to ignore than half Black ones.
