| Muffin and her SO may or may not believe that vinyl is always better, but they own and play vinyl versions of albums I enjoyed at that age and have since owned in three other formats. And that's the coffee apparatus he got her for Christmas.  |

| Apple made me coffee once at her house. Grounds and water together in a regular pan, heated on the stove, poured gently to minimize the amount of grounds in my cup. Very old school.

My mom made coffee like that. I think it also had an egg in it to "settle the grounds". [edit] Yup - I remembered right. Swedish egg coffee
