I realize this is a rhetorical question but colonialism, imperialism, and empire come to mind.
I've come to the conclusion most people don't care about facts much less truth.

DanielOn a more positive note, I've had many experiences meeting and becoming friends with indigenous people.
I feel lucky about this and treasure these memories.
