Quite simply, I was curious how long a roll of toilet paper would normally last in my bathroom. In various stores they keep advertising/selling "double rolls" and "triple rolls" and "mega rolls". I was also curious to know how much longer one type of roll might outlast another type of roll.

Yes, pat dry unless you have a warm air drying model which requires electricity.

It's just that you use such little TP to pat dry that it really is a non-issue worrying about it. And if you run out, you can use a washcloth or similar. Again, your bottom is so clean after washing that no material should get on the washcloth/towel.
