Ignorance abounds in this country. Another one who probably spent her high school years playing Nintendo and texting, never cracked a biology book, and probably never watched a freakin' nature show that showed Octopi grabbing and killing things because they're freakin' predators!

Don't get me started on how many simply ignorant people (not stupid, though that's a problem too) I encounter on a weekly basis. Like the person I was talking to a few days ago who thought North Carolina was north of Virginia.
