My Scottish Terrier is that color. For Scotties the color is called Wheaton. He is darker after being clipped and becomes lighter as the hair grows. Scotties and Goldens come from Scotland. There must be a link for the colors. Sometimes I wish my Scottie had the temperament of the Goldens.

I would have said those ears were photoshopped on, but there were lots of pictures of the dog and he looked like that in all of them....
