100% true on Canada Post. I ordered some fancy earbuds for work via google canada, because their availability was much better than google USA. So I get all these shipping notices, delivery imminent, then crickets. After about a month I called google and said they never arrived. They refunded my money and I bought new ones in the USA. My tracking via Canada Post read "out for delivery" for months.

About five months later, they arrived.
