Half the Curd
I know what you're thinking... you're thinking "no whey!"

Has anyone else noticed the disappearance of small curd cottage cheese?

Actually, no. I'm pretty sure that's what I got the last time I bought cottage cheese, about a month ago.

This thread made me laugh. I’ve been making fermented vegetables using whey - that I got from straining yogurt I made in the instant pot. (And I’m pressing the yogurt into a sort of cheese called Labneh - it’s pretty yummy when you add stuff to it.

Still getting small curd cottage cheese here, too. But if you get large curd, maybe you’re getting half as many curds.

I love labneh. I haven't had any since I was in Abu Dhabi many years ago.
