Who Knew? Coffee Filters Make Excellent Masks

Great story.

That was the first mask I made - using a brown cone-shaped coffee filter. It worked well with glasses, but the paper absorbed too much over time and softened up. Nice that they found another material that works!

Using doubled over coffee filter inside the pocket of the cloth mask my daughter made for me.

I went grocery shopping yesterday and word a 3M N95 mask. It was getting very warm and I was starting to sweat under it at the end of the time I spent in the store. But I felt safer using it.
