There are a lot of companies trying things like this now, including one of the AirBnB management companies I was considering.

You can't talk to anyone, all of the emails are boiler plate, everything is docusign. If you do get someone on the phone they might be next door or they might be in Malaysia - either way they can't do much of anything.

I need a more personal touch and am interviewing other candidates.
