We watched two episodes last night and I’m not sure I’m going to watch any more. It’s certainly well written, and the cinematography is spectacular, but there isn’t a single character that I can admire or identify with. It’s about as dark as anything I have ever seen and makes me despair for the fate of my fellow man, particularly the ones who live in Montana.

Have you seen it? Does it get better?

It does not get any lighter, IMO. I watched it all. It develops a
pull on viewers.
Started another series that was darker. Cannot remember what it was.

Haven’t seen it. Heard it’s basically a soap opera. I started watching Outer Range last night. Western supernatural thriller. Not sure what to think about it - supposedly takes place in Wyoming (but shot mostly in New Mexico).

Everyone in MT is like Yellowstone. We elected a governor who assaulted a reporter, shoots wolves in traps, cougars treed by dogs. He doesn't believe in retirement or social security because Noah lived to be 600 years old and never quit, it says so in the Bible.

'1883' is the prequel,it's way darker, no one lives to be in the followup.

ROTFLMAO

I'm sure Perri will chime in about Gianforte as well.

Are the women like Beth? Are many of the men like Rip? Asking for a friend.
