One of my sons responded to this article by supposing that

"in America this would be an innovation to increase profits by using discarded shampoo bottles and charging $200 each to insurance."

Sad to contemplate.
Perhaps brilliant, selfless ideas like this can only be implemented in places like Bangladesh where they don't have enough of a developed insurance industry/bureaucracy to pull it off.
