Here’s hoping!

I worry about a vaccine for this kind of condition (high probability of really bad outcome) that is only 39% effective. On the one hand, that's a lot of saved lives. On the other hand, an awful lot of people may become convinced that vaccines don't work as their child dies despite "doing everything right."
