AdagioMKeeper recipe: Indian Butter Chick...peas
A vegetarian take on butter chicken. It was delicious. We’ll be having this again. May try regular milk instead of coconut milk next time, just for calorie/saturated fat considerations.

In the comments someone mentioned that coconut milk can be eliminated all together as it is more authentic without it.
Would certainly save on fat/calories.

AdagioMOne more from the same feature on eating less meat. We had this tonight, and it’s delicious. Next time I’ll do all the vegetables on one sheet pan, instead of two. Less messy kitchen!
